Vivo X50 Pro up for Pre-order on Amazon, Flipkart

Vivo has launched X50 Series of Android smartphones in India. The high-end model Vivo X50 Pro has a price tag of Rs 49,990. The regular X50 can be bought for Rs 34,999.

 Vivo X50 and X50 Pro are now available to pre-order from Amazon.in ( check here ) and Flipkart ( check here ). The Pro model will ship to customers on July 24,2020.

Specs and Features

The Pro model is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor. This is a 5G chipset. The regular X50 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor instead.

X50 Pro comes with 8GB of ram and 256GB of storage. X50 is available in 128GB or 256GB storage options with 8GB ram. 

Vivo X50 Pro comes with 4 cameras at the back - 48MP F1.6 / 8MP F3.4 Periscope lens ( 135mm focal length ) / 13MP F2.5 Portrait lens ( 50mm ) / 8MP F2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens ( 16mm ). 

The regular X50 model doesn't have the periscope 135mm lens instead has a 5MP F2.5 macro mode. Both have the same 32MP F2.5 aperture front camera.

Even though both these models have Optical Image Stabilization built into the main 48MP camera, the Pro model has a much better Gimbal OIS.

 Both these models support 33W Fast charging.

[ FIX ] Ubuntu 20.04 Bluetooth doesn't Turn On

I have been using a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard for a while now with my Ubuntu 20.04. Everything worked well without any issues until one day the operating system refused to turn on the Bluetooth. I could toggle Bluetooth On button from the Settings, but it did nothing.  After spending some time Google Searching why my Bluetooth started not working all of a sudden, and after trying a variety of commands to troubleshoot the problem, I finally found a working fix for this issue. Open a Terminal ( Ctrl + Alt + T )  and enter below commands one after another.  sudo rmmod btusb sudo modprobe btusb That's it. Your Bluetooth issue would be now solved.  I can guarantee you this problem is going to pop-up every now and then. So copy the above commands to a text file for future uses. Sometimes, even after entering above commands the bluetooth would refuse to turn on. In such cases, just Suspend the system and then wake up it again and check.
