At CES 2020, Nikon has launched a few new cameras and lenses. They have announced Nikon D780 DSLR camera for Professionals and a Coolpix P950 with 83x optical zoom for enthusiasts.

COOLPIX P950 is the successor to older P900 which was released in March 2015. Top End Super Zoom camera in this Nikon Coolpix lineup is the P1000 which offers an insane 125x optical zoom.
Nikon has put one Super ED element and five ED lens elements to compensate for the chromatic aberration that's often seen on Super Zoom cameras at long end.
4K at 30fps is supported. Nikon offers different zoom speeds while movie recording. You can choose from High-speed movie zoom, Mid-speed movie zoom, or Low-speed movie zoom.
Nikon has equipped this with special Bird-watching and Moon modes for easy ways to capture those often photographed subjects with super zoom cameras.
Basically, the P950 is an upgraded P900, and gains some new features which was missing on the older camera.
